Unless you get a great deal on a tool/cutter grinder. I mean, I just bought a good, 1/2" x 2" LOC, carbide end mill for $30 from Enco. OSG HSS end mills are under $20. I would imagine it might cost that or more to send them off for regrinding, or have the cost of owning the machine and tooling to do it yourself.

I spent the last few days building a dedicated fixture that is easy to set up and use to grind the ends of the end mill.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I do what Harold says. Most of the time I'm using the end of the cutter (the 1st 20 to 60 thouhs) and when that gets dull, I simply use the bench grinder to hand sharpen the end; grind it back & put the reliefs on (without reducing the diameter). For end mills 1/2" in diameter & greater, this works well.
